CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

I have a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. I require 50% of the booking as a

non-refundable deposit to confirm/secure your appointment. The remaining balance can

be paid on the day after your appointment. If you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of

your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel before 48 hours, your non-

refundable deposit will be stored as credit on your account to use for next time.

late policy

If you are late and I cannot fit you in as a result of this, your appointment will be

cancelled and you will lose your deposit. If I can still fit you in, I will have to shorten

your treatment so I’m not late for my next client and you will still pay the full price.

treatment policy

If you have booked the wrong treatment, you will still be charged.

For example,

If you booked 1 hour electrolysis but only needed 30mins, you will still be charged for 1 hour.

If you booked nail art but changed your mind within 48 hours of your appointment, you will still be charged.

If you booked higher tier nail art but changed to lower tier (within 48 hours), you will still be charged for what you booked.

If you booked nails but came in with extensions, acrylics, SNS or hard gel, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit because I do not provide this as a service.

If you choose ‘Surprise Me’ Nail Art and don’t like the design, no refunds are allowed. The fun is all in the surprise and is for someone who likes all types of nail art.
